1. How long have you been in business?

Gliderbearings.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unger's Appliance and Furniture. We have been in business for over 49 years at the same location. We are also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and have thousands of satisfied customers throughout North America and around the world.

2. Do you offer a return policy on your products?

Yes! Our return policy is simple: Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days provided they are still in the original box and in new condition. We will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges.

3. What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

We have the most secure server software available so this is not a problem, but if you prefer, you can order on our toll free number. If calling please be aware that we are a retail furniture store and the most knowledgeable person might be tied up with a customer and may need to call you back. Also, you can e-mail us with your questions that way we have time to give you the most knowledgeable answer.

4. Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes! Our privacy policy is very simple. We do not share your personal information with anyone. We do not use your information for solicitation of any kind. We only use your information to respond to your request or process your order. Also we hate spam as much as you do and do not share or sell your emails to anyone.
